STEP 1: Report Anonymously & Get Guidance
You can report the abuse anonymously through our platform. Once we receive your report, we’ll provide you with appropriate guidance, including referrals to trusted professionals and resources to support your healing process.
STEP 2: We Investigate
After receiving your report, our team will begin a thorough investigation to understand the situation and gather the necessary information.
Step 3: Filing a Complaint with the MLSZ/UEFA
If appropriate, we will file a formal complaint with the (MLS) on your behalf. We will continue to follow up with the MLS to ensure that a proper investigation is conducted.
Step 4: Ongoing Support & Escalation if Needed
If the issue is not resolved or continues to escalate, we will help connect you with licensed counselors and qualified professionals. We will also escalate the complaint to the appropriate regulatory or legal channels to ensure the matter is addressed.
